Job Description
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers find and choose products that match their requirements and interests. They promote sales by meeting productivity standards and staying informed about our branded merchandise and beers to make recommendations and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include keeping inventory stocked maintaining the retail area and providing excellent customer service. They are also accountable for accurate sales transactions. Full availability to work during the week evening and weekend shifts and smart serve certification.
This is a parttime position 2025h/week
Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate change is given in a fastpaced setting.
- Provide a warm welcome to all customers arriving at Goose Island Retail and offer knowledgeable information about our products.
- Responsible for selling Goose Island merchandise and beers.
- Must process online orders.
- Must have exceptional guest service skills.
- Demonstrate detail oriented skills.
- Must possess basic math skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
- Must be able to withstand some physical demanding tasks
- Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts.
