At Cosentino () we are looking for a Retail Leader located in Coral Gables who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment in full expansion surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

You will be part of the new Retail & Business Innovation Area collaborating in the management of the implementation of global crossfunctional projects that are part of the evolution of Cosentinos commercial business model. You will bring your passion for the world of retail customer experience and teamwork especially in the CNA and LATAM areas.

Location: Miami

Hybrid Model: 1 week in the office/ 1 week of remote

International travel 50 of the time.

What you will do

Lead the adoption of Cosentinos new business model in different markets and cultures.
Provide support and collaborate with both business units (City) and corporate areas.
Monitor different initiatives and projects from start to finish.
Continuously seek innovation and alternatives to address change and problemsolving.
Bring new local inputs to improve processes and customer experience.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

45 years in roles related to the retail world stores project implementation problemsolving project implementation and monitoring

Knowledge

Basic knowledge of Salesforce Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in project monitoring
Demonstrated ability to show empathy and motivate teams crosscollaboration tenacity in problemsolving and creativity in finding solutions will be valued.
English and Spanish.

Academical Background

Architecture Interior Design Business Administration and Management or similar
