Job Description
Job Summary:
Supports 500 plus Lawson users coordinates the implementation of Supply Chain Systems applications and/or interfaces by creating testing training and supporting maintenance and enhancements. Coordinates and communicates with end users and representatives from hospital financial and ancillary departments on a routine basis in preparation for application Implementations. Provides endusers assistance by performing periodic system maintenance and hands on training.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant Information Management and Customer Support experience required or Associates degree and 5 years of relevant Information Management Technology Services and Customer Support experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems in a healthcare environment preferred
Work Days:
Monday Friday 8:00am4:30pm
