Position: Chargeback Specialist
Location: Covington GA
Duration: 5 Months Contract

Description:
Under the direction of Chargebacks and Sales Tracing Manager this position is responsible for accurately verifying and processing chargebacks/rebates from our distributors professionally responding to requests from our internal and external customers determining the appropriate action and followup in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Process and record sales tracing data using multiple formats including Excel and EDI
Interacting with the Sales Tracings and Contracts departments to resolve problems
Communicates with sales force and sales administration
Work and collaborate with external distributor customers
Records all incoming chargeback and total dollar amount
