Job Description
Working for an established and respected local signage business (since 2006 join a team and get qualified as a creative and inspired designer.
Our client a highly respected Shepparton based Signage company who specializes in not only sign development and creation but also installation and service is now offering an opportunity for a hardworking selfdriven and most importantly passionate individual to commence a Traineeship.
The successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of Graphic Design:
- All aspects of design concepts and production
- Electronic Graphic design of signs and lettering
- Usage of commercial modern printers
- Following company procures.
- Usage of latest computer design programs
This is a fantastic careerstart opportunity to become trade qualified. As a trainee you will receive both on and off the job training working towards Certificate III in Design Fundamentals which will see you employed directly by Kestrel by up to two years.
Please note that relevant Trainee award rates will apply.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent IT skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop SAI Flexi
- Strong eye for detail
- Reliable with a desire to learn
- Strong technical aptitude and etiquette
- Work in a team environment
