You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Janitorial Lead is a role within the janitorial team working independently on projects and as part of a small team at specific properties and under the direction of Janitorial Manager.
1. Provide prompt response to cleaning and sanitation issues at client properties.
2. Complete regular emerging and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
3. Prioritize break down and delegate cleaning projects for completion over extended periods.
4. Emphasizes workmanship quality safety and customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor facility conditions keep clean and in good working order. Escalate concerns where appropriate.
The essential functions of the job include but are not limited to the following:
1. Staff Related Tasks
a. Perform a variety of scheduled and emerging cleaning at various properties across Altairs portfolio.
b. Keep grounds in good order remove debris keep drains clear and ensure utilities are accessible and visible from roadways.
c. Communicate concerns and additional support needs to Janitorial Manager.
d. Provide training and shadowing opportunities to Janitorial Workers for new properties equipment and cleaning practices.
e. Meet vendors on site to provide access locate utilities and provide site specific knowledge.
2. System Related Tasks
a. Maintain tickets in Altair Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all assigned tasks track receipts and update time and travel.
b. Clock in and out daily and add time off requests via Webclock.
c. Record use of equipment on sign out board. Ensure all equipment is returned after use kept clean and in good working order.

3. Client & Tenant Related Tasks
a. Provide highest level of customer service and response to tenants & property owners.
Perform other duties as required for the successful operation of the business.
Education: Highschool Diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Experience: 1 years in similar role.
1. Basic knowledge of good cleaning practices
2. Selfdirected and motivated.
3. Customerservice oriented.
4. Able to work independently or as part of a small team
5. Presents in appropriate uniform with a clean professional manner.
6. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
7. Vision and hearing correctable to within normal range to communicate with tenants
contract services etc.
8. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
9. Ability to work at elevated heights
10. Able to safely lift 50lbs
11. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
1. Cellphone (Altair CMMS Microsoft Teams Outlook)
2. Various hand tools cleaning products and mechanical cleaning equipment.
3. Ladder scaffolding and other rigging.
