We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team at InvestoXpert Advisors Pvt Ltd. As an HR Intern you will gain handson experience in various HR functions and support the HR team in daily operations. This is a great opportunity for a fresher to kickstart their career in human resources.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR documents and policies
- Conduct initial orientation to new employees
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
