Position Overview

We seek a motivated and resultsdriven B2B Freelance Sales Representative to join our team focusing on the property management and new construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales particularly in businesstobusiness environments and will be responsible for reaching out to leads provided by our company. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of the industry and building relationships with potential clients.



Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Utilize provided leads to initiate contact with businesses in the property management and new construction industries through phone calls emails and virtual meetings.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within target companies to understand their needs and position our services effectively.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the benefits of our products/services tailored to each clients specific needs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions to communicate value propositions to prospects effectively.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system providing regular updates on progress towards sales goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies that resonate with potential clients in the property management and new construction sectors.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably within property management or construction industries.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer while managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong analytical skills.

Compensation

This is a freelance position with compensation based on commission from sales generated. Specific commission structures will be discussed during the interview process.
