Job Description

Title: Senior Account Manager I Regional Energy Network
Location: Remote CA Must be located in Southern California

Are you passionate about making a difference in energy efficiency ICF is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to inspire multifamily property owners property managers and contractors in Southern California. Your role will be pivotal in identifying energy efficiency opportunities and guiding participants through our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:Help customers and trade allies understand and maximize the benefits of our energy efficiency programs and incentives.

  • Sales & Support:Work closely with endusers dealers and contractors to explain efficiency measures and assist with the enrollment process.

  • Field Work:Travel to meet with contractors vendors and customers providing handson support and building strong relationships.

  • Account Management:Build and maintain an account base that achieves current year savings and develops a robust pipeline for the following year.

  • Customer Service:Deliver highquality customer service to ensure repeat business and longterm satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

  • Opportunity Identification:Identify energy efficiency opportunities for multifamily properties.

  • Program Facilitation:Facilitate participation in energy efficiency programs.

  • Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners managers and contractors.

  • Savings Goals:Help customers achieve their energy savings goals.

  • HighQuality Service:Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the process.

Additional Tasks

  • Help lead a team of account managers which includes training and mentoring junior staff.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies as well as help prepare persuasive presentations with account management team.

  • Perform quality assurance reviews of submitted projects for approval.

  • Direct oversight of program budgets and tracking & reporting Key Performance Indicators

  • Review program performance towards goals on a regular basis including program forecasting.

  • Assist in the direct support of client outreach meetings and ad hoc requests including 1on1 monthly client meetings.Bring forth consolidated information from the AM team to help the client better understand challenges and opportunities.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience in equipment or technology sales engineering and/or energy efficiency OR

  • 6 years experience in equipment or technology sales engineering and/or energy efficiency

  • Must have valid drivers license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

  • Expertise with energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs

  • Knowledge of energy efficient building practices energy codes and technologies

  • Strong leadership and management skills to help grow and lead a team

  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team

  • Excellent verbal interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities

  • Team player with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment

  • Sound business ethics including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff as well as outside clients homebuilders HERS raters architects and other trade ally organizations

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Experience developing recommendations and solutions to overcome challenges

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint) and ability to learn ICF energy efficiency database/project tracking system

  • Ability to travel

Pay Range There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on fulltime employment is:

$88817.00 $150989.00
