Aspire Health Alliance is looking for an experienced Medical Biller to support and assist our growing Accounts Receivable team! The Billing Coordinator performs error correction writes procedures for error correction (Document steps) assists in documenting and developing Billing Office procedures manages staff entry for practitioner number by category coordinates Care Management Programs service entry works the deleted service report assists in producing the open claims report
Other job responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoots the selfpay copay report
- Assists in organizing contract files
- Prepares and processes third party claims as needed
- Provides support to internal users of information produced by department
- Assists in monthly closing
- Coordinates resolutions to issues and implementation of initiatives
- Assists in compiling reports i.e. KPIs
- Supports various ad hoc projects

Required Skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS products i.e. Excel Word
