Looking for a rewarding internship Veranovas 2025 Internship Program will allow you to partake in meaningful roles that will prepare you for your future.

The scope of each placement is designed to promote team building develop personal skills and technical skillset. You will receive guidance and career advice along the way. You will also participate in various different workshops specifically designed to assist you in building the critical skills needed in the workplace.
We offer a competitive hourly rate. This program consists of a 1012week internship at our Devens MA or Berwyn PA location.
The Strategic Marketing Intern works closely with our Strategic Marketing & Communications team to develop and implement progressive initiatives in market analysis and business intelligence and specific marketing communications programs to support brand positioning and customer engagement across multiple business units. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in strategy formulation and within a dynamic corporate environment.
The ideal candidate is a detailoriented individual with excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market study and opportunity assessment for new target segments including Novel Drug Conjugates and TIDES. Build & develop customer and competitor market intelligence to drive lead identification & actionable insights for BD team.
- Identification and recommendation of new tools technologies and methods for market analysis to enable succinct and timely insights to the business incl. VLT/ELT and commercial organization.
- Support website navigation project with content generation for new webpages according to new sitemap. Collaboration with R&D manufacturing and marketing communications.
- Refine definition and monitoring of Marketing KPIs to analyze and report on total marketing contribution to Veranovas strategic objectives including customer acquisition market penetration demand generation and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Chemistry Engineering or other life sciences marketing business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Intellectual curiosity for new technologies including AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Minimum Overall GPA of 2.7 required
