Job Description
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes identifying areas for improvement
- Gather and interpret data create reports and present findings
- Assist with the design and implementation of solutions including process improvements and technology enhancements
- Participate in requirementgathering sessions and document detailed requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project
- Contribute to project plans track progress and ensure that deliverables are met
- Support change management efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and technologies in business analysis
Education Requirements:
- Completed Degree or Diploma in relevant field
Job Requirements and Skills:
- 2 to 4 years experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proven experience in managing and executing projects with successful delivery and implementation
- Proficiency in providing vision and strategy for client proposals
- Excellent report writing skills
- Significant business acumen understanding the key drivers of business success
- Core consulting skills including research analysis and presentation
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Team player
