As a member of our Customer Service Collections team they help people to understand their circumstances and educate them out of debt. Positive empathetic honest and resilient youll stay calm and collected in the face of uncertainty. We will provide with all the training you need to feel confident in this role and well give you lots of support too. Join us in this rewarding role and youll help create a better financial future for everyone you speak to.

Taking inbound calls from existing Southern Water debt related calls either we have contacted them via email or SMS or outbound and left a message) and they either want to pay their bill set up a payment plan or discuss one of our Social Tariffs we often speak to customers especially now) in severe financial hardship

Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported

Dealing with a variety of customer questions and queries

Taking payments setting up manageable payment plans offering short term discounts on their bills
