Job Summary

Provides administrative support to the HR Data Team. Takes ownership for maintaining position management and job code creation. Performs data entry into PeopleSoft HRMS supports regularly scheduled audits in PeopleSoft HRMS to improve and maintain data integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry into PeopleSoft HRMS support regularly scheduled audits in PeopleSoft HRMS to improve and maintain data integrity
  • Take ownership for maintaining PeopleSoft Position Management requiring collaboration with field offices Compensation team and other stakeholders as required
  • Maintain and update training documentation and user guides with oversight of HRIS specialist
  • Support user acceptance testing for PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades enhancements and bug fixes

Conduct OnBase scanning and indexing in support of ongoing historic ingest project

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 years HRIS or HR data entry experience preferred
  • PC skills with the Microsoft suite including Access Excel Project Word
  • Knowledge of HR Processes and Data
  • Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality
  • Able to sort through issues and seek input from others
  • Ability to quickly learn various other systems to be able to report out of them
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner and be punctual at work and in meetings
  • Ability to prioritize work and adjust plans as needed
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system is preferred
