Job Description
Procurement Operations and TechnologyManagers are sound negotiators and are highly articulate individuals who encompass the full range of skills and procurement and supply chain experience to identify opportunities in the market. They seamlessly pivot between sales and program management as they scope programs of work set up teams and map out pathways of success right through the postimplementation review stages.
Job Responsibilities:
- Digital procurement strategy
- Technology selection
- Implementation optimization
- Optimization / Remediation
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 6 years of experience in the job description
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience managing own projects and leading teams
- Strong business development experience and ability to generate new leads
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead grow and develop your team
- Demonstrated people management skills including coaching of both junior employees and client staff
- Good facilitator and ability to develop a storyline for clients
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
