Sales Coordinator
Drive Growth and Build Relationships in a Dynamic Role!
Are you a proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with a knack for forging strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities Were looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and lead the charge in building and maintaining our charter and special event business.
About the Role
As our Sales Coordinator youll be at the heart of our charter business driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders youll ensure seamless operations while exploring fresh market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand charter business in the region driving sales and fostering growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and refine existing business strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with Operations Controllers to ensure effective charter allocations.
- Coordinate with workshop and cleaning teams to meet large charter requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients schools employees and the broader community to deliver services that exceed expectations.
- Prepare accurate and timely adhoc reports for the Sales Manager as needed.
About You
To succeed in this role youll bring:
- Significant experience in sales and marketing are more important than tertiary qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- A selfmotivated positive and adaptable approach to a fastpaced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
