Shift: US shift/Night shift
Week Off: 2 days Rotational Week Off
Requirements
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work inshifts.
- Knowledge ofcustomer service principles and practices
- Interacting with customer solving queries/request/complaints
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle international customers with a professional approach.
