We are on the lookout of Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will help us develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement drive retention and maximize revenue growth through targeted datadriven marketing initiatives.
WHAT:
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement satisfaction and revenue
- Create compelling and targeting messaging across various channels to communicate product updates company news and educational content
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product sales customer success and marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers market category and the problems we solve
- Collaborate with product managers to develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Maxio in the market
- Work with the broader marketing team to brainstorm customerspecific activations that align with campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI
WHO:
- 5 years of experience leading full funnel lifecycle initiatives product marketing or customer marketing for SMB SaaS product
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
- Proficiency or willingness to learn how to use our internal tech stack
- Google workspace

- Salesforce
- Basic understanding of or willingness to learn the lingo of more technical buyer personas finance accounting engineering
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with other teams departments and individuals
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and be adaptable to change
- Exceptional writing skills; ability to digest information and turn it into compelling content
- Analytical and resultsdriven; ability to assess data to inform recommendations
- Selfstarter with the ability to execute with limited supervision
- Finance/accounting background
