Job Title: Criminal Defence Duty Solicitor
Location: Birmingham UK
Salary: 50000 per annum DOE

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Criminal Defence Duty Solicitor to represent clients in a wide range of criminal cases from theft to drug offences. Youll provide expert legal advice represent clients in police stations and courts and prepare strong legal defences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients during interviews and court hearings
- Prepare cases including legal research and drafting documents
- Advocate for clients in court and negotiate with prosecutors
- Maintain case records and ensure legal compliance
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with criminal defence experience
- Duty Solicitor accreditation
- Strong advocacy negotiation and communication skills
