Job Description

- Basic repair and installation tasks from hanging pictures to everything else
- Door and window installation and repairs
- Crown molding chair rails wainscoting base molding stairs railings shelving and trim
- Electrical fixtures ceiling fans GFCIs outlets switches exterior lights dimmers ballast replacement and troubleshooting
- Faucets sinks toilets showers tubs garbage disposals shut off valves ice makers supply lines drains leaks and troubleshooting
- Lighting installation
- Drywall repair and installation
- Painting and staining interior and exterior
- Flooring and tiling from hardwood laminate and vinyl to ceramic and marble
- Fencing gutters siding decks ramps and power washing
- Kitchens baths basements family rooms bedrooms dens and basements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Successful track record in home repair and renovation
- Excellent communications skills to work with clients coworkers
- Good overall knowledge of multiple trades: Carpentry Tiling Painting Drywall Flooring
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Late model work truck or van
- Current and valid drivers license
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Desire to be a part of a team
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
