RoleOverview
TheSecurityAccountManagerwilloverseesecurityoperations for client hosted events ensuring proper coordination supervision and adherence to safety standards. You will act as the primary liaison for event organizers security personnel stakeholders. This role requires flexibility for evenings weekends and holidays as events dictate.
KeyResponsibilities
EventManagement&Planning:
- Collaboratewithclientstounderstandeventgoalsaudiencesandsecurityrequirements.
- Developeventsecurityplanstimelinesandbudgetstoensureasafeenvironment.
- Evaluatevenuesforsuitabilityandsecuritycompliance.
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforstakeholdersthroughouttheeventlifecycle.
SecurityOperationsCoordination:
- Overseedeploymentofsecuritypersonnelensuringadequatecoveragebasedonevent needs.
- Workcloselywithsiteleadsandaccountmanagerstoaddressrisksandmaintainsafety protocols.
- Act quickly to resolve onsite challenges making real time decisions to ensure event success.
- Conductposteventevaluationsgatheringfeedbacktoenhancefutureoperations.
TeamSupervision&Communication:
- Lead and supervise the Event Security team providing performance feedback and coaching.
- Assignresponsibilitiesandtaskstostaffensuringclarityandaccountability.
- Communicateeventrequirementsprogressandupdatestoallstakeholders.
Compliance&RiskManagement:
- Identifypotentialrisksandimplementemergencyresponseplansincollaborationwithsiteleads.
- Ensurecompliancewithhealthsafetyandlegalregulationsduringevents.
Reporting&Administration:
- Prepare detailed postevent reports including financial reconciliation and performance assessments.
- Maintaincomprehensiverecordsofeventoperationsandsecurityprotocols.
Qualifications
Required:
- Atleast2yearsofexperienceinsecurityeventmanagementwithaproventrackrecord of successfully managing corporate events.
- Demonstratedsuccessmanagingtradeshowsconferencesorlargescaleevents.
- Exceptionalorganizationalandprojectmanagementskillstohandlemultipleevents simultaneously.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsincludingtheabilitytopresenttodiverse groups.
Preferred:
- Familiaritywithriskmanagementandemergencyplanningprocesses.
- Preferablyeventsecuritymanagementinahighprofileorcorporatesettings.
Salary&Benefits
- AnnualSalary:$72800$79040
