Job Description
The TSSO team is seeking talented individuals for future hiring initiatives. In the Customer Service role you will be primarily responsible for collecting information from respondents over the phone. Our Telephone Survey Centers are in Chicago IL Albuquerque NM and Wichita KS. Each center features individual call stations equipped and designed for computerassisted telephone interviewing.
