Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our relief/oncall team. Our relief staff provide crucial support across residential programs in the Northeast Region of MA filling in as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with flexible or unpredictable schedules who are looking for impactful rewarding work. Relief staff may receive regular hours and gain experience working in a variety of locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living activities including meal prep cleaning laundry and personal care.
- Promote engaging activities such as gardening sports arts and music.
- Administer medications (MAP certification preferred; training provided).
- Provide transportation in company vehicles (valid drivers license required).
- Monitor individuals health and wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Help create a homelike environment that reflects individuals personalities.

If you have MAP (Medication Administration Certification) wed love to hear from you. This role is ideal for those balancing multiple jobs or needing flexible hours.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to read write and follow a written Plan of Care in English.
- Ability to pass a CORI and Background check.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (training provided if needed).
- Valid U.S. drivers license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience as a Direct Support Professional CNA or PCA preferred.
