Job Description
An established addiction treatment center in Queens NY is seeking a Program Director with a strong background in mental health and addiction treatment. This leadership role requires a businesssavvy professional who can oversee daily operations manage admissions and lead a dedicated team while ensuring highquality patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the daytoday operations of the treatment center.
- Managing client admissions and ensuring a seamless intake process.
- Leading and supervising a team of mental health and addiction professionals.
- Conducting clinical assessments as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in addiction treatment.
- Developing and implementing effective treatment programs.
- Monitoring key performance indicators to drive operational success.
- Coordinating with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance services.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Mental Health or a related field (required).
