Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the loan application process for customers ensuring meticulous adherence to all necessary procedures and the accurate collection of documents.
- Aid in the preparation of document checklists and verify the completeness of required paperwork.
- Maintain communication with bankers and financial institutions to monitor the progress of loan applications providing regular updates as needed.
- Engage with agents and customers delivering timely updates on the status of their loan applications and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Support the loan disbursement process by ensuring efficient completion of all necessary paperwork and formalities.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA .
- Proficient organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the capability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Detailoriented mindset to ensure precision and compliance throughout the loan processing procedures.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork and a strong willingness to learn.
- Exceptional work ethic and a positive demeanor.
