Job Description
Now Hiring: Machine Operator in Dayton TN.
Work Schedule: 12hour shifts 7 am to 7 pm (Work rotating shifts only work 1416 days a month but get paid a full 40 hours each week!
Job Description:
- Loading and Stringing Machines: Responsible for the proper loading and stringing of machines for operation.
- Preparing Product: Prepare products for pack out ensuring quality control and efficiency.
- Keeping Work Area Clean: Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Work Rotation: This position offers a unique schedule that allows for significant time off while still receiving fulltime pay.
Requirements:
- Safety and Teamwork: Must be able to work safely in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
- Physical Requirements: Requires the ability to stand walk push pull reach bend kneel stoop and lift up to 30 pounds routinely.
- Attention to Detail: Able to differentiate between colors and numbers to ensure accuracy in operations.
- Commitment to Quality: Adherence to best practices and guidelines to ensure the quality and efficiency of operations.
