Job Description
Claiborne Senior Living LLC is seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Meridian Mississippi location. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in providing highquality healthcare services to our residents. This is a fulltime hourly position with a competitive compensation package.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record residents vital signs and health status
Communicate with physicians residents and families regarding any changes in health or care plans
Document all patient care and observations accurately and timely
Assist with resident care plans care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure highquality care is being provided
Act as a liaison between resident family and healthcare providers
Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
Participate in continuing education and training to maintain nursing license and stay current on industry standards and best practices
Requirements:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or longterm care setting
Knowledge of nursing principles techniques and procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass a background check and drug screening
