1st 6am 2:30pm
2nd 2pm 10:30pm
Summary of the Position:
Operates machines to produce products insuring proper temperatures machine settings equipment setups in process measurements and quality product. Doing this while ensuing that all Safety rules are being followed.

Education
High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
Experience
Required: No previous work experience required
Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing operations production or lab setting or related field including troubleshooting repairing and adjusting machinery.
Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two and threesyllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between a series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences and to make entries in logbooks and on check sheets. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions safety rules operating and maintenance instructions procedures and policies short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract twodigit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
Ability to add and subtract in all units of measure including time volume weight and distance using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to use measuring instruments and simple hand tools. Ability to be attentive to tasks at hand. Ability to understand and follow management and supervisory directives.

The employee must be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 30 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision color vision peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to vibration and to wet or humid indoor conditions. The noise level is moderate to loud.
