Your Role

As a Territory Manager for our Yates garden care products we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven sales professional to cultivate and grow their career. In this highly autonomous role you will be given an existing portfolio to continue to develop and get continued buyin from customers and grow this portfolio.

The territory is predominantly based in the Sydney Metro area.

You willspend most of your time on the road visiting customers on site and new potential clients building professional and positive relationships gaining sales influence buying habits and up selling our premium brands while informing and giving training on new products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be involved in daily selling activities at store level
  • Growing market share and revenue base in channels where we currently dont hold market leading positions
  • Drive in store activity and brand awareness through product demonstrations and events.
  • Provide training and coaching to upskill team members
  • Be responsible for achievement of store sales targets including the overall product mix for identified key products
  • Executing in store plans

Skills & Experience

  • Sales experience in an external role or within a retail sales environment
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic focus
  • Ability to understand a large range of products and offerings across all channels
  • Experience using Sales CRMs is preferable
