Are you a recruitment pro with a passion for finding top talent Join the City of Coffs Harbour as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a key role in building a highperforming workforce!
About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner at the City of Coffs Harbour youll play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce. Youll oversee our recruitment process ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. By implementing innovative talent management strategies supporting workforce planning and contributing to organisational development youll help build a dynamic highperforming team. Collaborating with leaders and optimising HR processes youll drive recruitment excellence and support a thriving engaged workplace.
About you
We are looking for an energised and experienced recruitment professional who brings:
- Cert IV in HR Business or related field
- Experience in highvolume recruitment
- Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of bestpractice hiring strategies & HR processes
Whats on offer
- Starting salary of around $82K Superannuation A higher package may be available for an outstanding candidate.
- Permanent Full Time 35hours per week
