Need to track with daily Numbers of Region with Allocated Team To Ensure Daily Logins happens Across Region and Review Daily Login and Approval From Reports shared by Head Office. He Need to ensure that all Resources in the region have enough leads to do business. He Need to Review disbursement of sales Mangers Every Alternative day . Responsible to Ensure Area of Business with Geo Extension and Engagement with Channel partners Need to Review on Call Center Leads and Business Conversion . Need to Ensure Minimum Productivity of On Role and off Role team is meet Need to Ensure Right Product and Program is Delivered as per AOP Plan Mentioned . Responsible for Recruitment and training of All new Team Members Sales & Collect Model Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio
