Job Description
Description of the role: The Cashier at Texas Best Smokehouse in Burleson Texas will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash credit and debit card transactions.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to answer customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
