Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor youll be the vital link between customers and the service department ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish:
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
- Build strong relationships by addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.
- Oversee quality control to ensure service excellence.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
- Promote additional services and retail opportunities.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely and accurate service completion.
- Uphold ethical business practices and a professional image.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid drivers license with a clean record.
- Accredited training in service advisor skills customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
