Job Description
Our Automotive Detail Technicians play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and condition of our vehicles. We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented professional to enhance the visual and functional aspects of our vehicles through comprehensive detailing.
Detail Technicians Compensation and Benefits:
Automotive Detail Technician Starting Pay: $17 per flat rate hour.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize worklife balance offering industryleading PTO. New fulltime employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year with increases over time.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Hannah Motor Company provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5paid holidays per year to Automotive Detail Technicianssubject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Detail Technician Responsibilities:
- Washes vehicle exterior cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down door jambs.
- Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surface.
- Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Cleans upholstery rugs and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents applicators and cleaningdevices.
- Applies revitalizes and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spotand stainresistant chemicals.
- Restores appearance of engine area rugs and upholstery and painted surfaces. Uses touchup paintdyes and other appropriate materials.
Detail Technician Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize according to deadlines.
- Detailoriented.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must maintain clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance.
