Production
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- Proven experience in apple orchard management or a similar agricultural role.
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Knowledge of orchard equipment machinery and maintenance procedures.
- Being maintenance/mechanically orientated
- Valid drivers license
- Grade 12
- 25 years previous work experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- General Administration skills
- Computer literate
- General business acumen
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Valid drivers license
