Job Description
What Youll Do:
The Transportation Planner will have experience generating traffic control plans. The Designer will develop traffic signal design traffic analysis signing and pavement marking designs from general instruction to a detailed finish product. The Designer should have a full understanding of file structure specifications industry and client standards related to assigned projects.
This is a Hybrid/ primarily remote role that requires the ideal candidate to live within Fresno Sacramento or the Bay area CA.
There will be light travel from different project sites.
Were building a talent pipeline for future opportunities that occur regularly. While there may not be an immediate opening were excited to connect with motivated candidates.
Required Qualifications
- AutoCAD design experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associates of Applied Science degree (AAS) in design and drafting technology or a related field
- 510 years of design experience including drafting traffic control plans
- Experience with California DOT and County design policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of QA/QC utilization methods
- BS Civil Engineering
