Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment Our client a prestigious law firm with offices across the Midlands is seeking a skilled solicitor with 3 years PQE to join their Telford office.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of dispute resolution matters representing clients in various sectors. You will be part of a collaborative team that values highquality service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes.
- Advising clients on legal issues and potential resolutions including negotiation and mediation.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents including pleadings and settlement agreements.
- Representing clients in court and at hearings demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Conducting thorough case analysis and developing effective litigation strategies.
- Liaising with clients experts and other professionals to ensure smooth case management.
- Staying updated on relevant case law and changes in legislation affecting dispute resolution.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 3 years PQE in dispute resolution or a related field.
