We are delighted to support our client a prestigious and forwardthinking law firm in Bristol in their search for an exceptional Private Client Partner. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior solicitor to lead and grow a thriving private client department within a nationwide firm known for its exceptional reputation and highquality client base.
About the Role
As a Private Client Partner you will:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of highnetworth and ultrahighnetworth clients advising on complex wills trusts probate and inheritance tax planning.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of skilled private client solicitors to achieve departmental goals and personal growth.
- Drive business development initiatives to enhance the firms market presence and client relationships in the Bristol area.
- Collaborate with other partners to shape the firms strategic direction contributing to its continued success and growth.
About You
To excel in this role you will need:
- Minimum 8 years PQE in private client law with proven expertise in complex estate planning and trust management.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- STEP membership or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Commercial acumen and the ambition to contribute to the wider firm strategy.
