About the opportunity

Join our Planning and Design team to contribute to the effective and efficient management of land development in Cardinias Urban Growth Area.

You will make an impact by

  • Providing statutory planning advice and support to Council senior management and business unit customers.
  • Processing a variety of planning permit applications for subdivision and development.
  • Preparing and presenting submissions to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff including managing the Student Placement program.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced planner who is passionate about urban development. Your expertise in processing planning permits preparing submissions and ability to mentor junior staff will be invaluable.
