Job Description
At Sheraton Heathrow Hotel the guest experience doesnt stop when the sun goes down. Our Night Receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests throughout the night. From latenight arrivals to earlymorning departures you will be the face of the hotel providing outstanding service and handling key operational tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
What Youll Do:- Greet and assist guests during checkin checkout and throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries process reservations and manage latenight requests.
- Maintain security and ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Conduct night audits process reports and manage financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations overnight.
- A dependable and detailoriented individual with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A commitment to professionalism confidentiality and upholding brand standards.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience requiredjust a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Supervisory Experience: None.
License or Certification: Not required.
