Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP Group) is a leading formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings adhesives and sealants serving the construction and industrial end markets. ICP Group is looking to hire a Lab Technician to support the R&D facility in Andover MA. Andover specializes in waterbased coating manufacturing with the majority of its volume made up of tennis court coatings and architectural coatings. You will work in a supporting role with R&D Chemists to accomplish projectrelated tasks and report directly to the Technical Director.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:

You will work in a supporting role with R&D Chemists to accomplish projectrelated tasks and report directly to the Technical Director.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Chemists on projects
- Accurate and reliable lab batch manufacturing: water and solventbased
- Testing and application of coatings
- Ability to learn color matching
- Ability to organize testing data to present information to team
- Preferred BS in Chemistry Biology Engineering or related field
- Paint experience preferred but not required
- Product manufacturing application and testing can involve physical activity. Prefer ability to lift 50lbs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Selfmotivated and organized
