Job Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership: Support sales efforts develop strategic plans and drive service line growth. Enhance client outreach optimize resources and pursue new business opportunities.
- Innovation & Technology: Contribute to strategic plans and improve resource utilization and costefficiency
- Organizational Excellence: Help reduce HSE risks standardize processes modernize training and support quality improvement. Implement metrics to improve safety efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Four 4 year degree from an accredited university or suitable industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and highly developed organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated skills of team building conflict resolution and innovation.
- Effective communication (verbal written presentation) skills at multiple levels of the organization and customer organizations.
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Ability to work in a highvelocity work environment.
