Titan ICT is an Australianowned company specialising in delivering strategic ICT advice systems integration and technical support services into the mining and resource industry. With a proud record of delivery since 2003 we have a national footprint with offices located Brisbane Perth and Sydney.
Its an exciting time for us as we experience organic growth. As a result of this growth we are currently seeking experienced and committed ICT Consultants with a CCIE/CCNP qualification to work in our project teams in Brisbane on a diverse range of projects focussed on the resource industry.
In this role you will undertake duties including but not limited to the following:
- Work as part of multidiscipline engineering teams to deliver complex communications projects.
- High level and detailed network design equipment configurations and integration for a variety of applications.
- Hands on work on multiple vendors routing switching WiFi and firewall equipment in our testing facilities for proofs of concept and factory acceptance testing.
- Implement client network and security configurations from low level designs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on security requirements and implementation.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve serious service incidents including hardware & software faults.
- Provide consulting to clients to optimise existing networks and identify new and innovative solutions.
To be considered for this opportunity you must possess the following skills and experience:
- You should possess a thorough understanding of wireless networking protocols and technologies.
- A proven track record of designing and maintaining wireless networks in an industrial environment.
- Current CCIE/CCNP Qualification
- Experience working alongside service providers / integrators.
- Excellent understanding of Cisco routing switching and WiFi
- Strong understanding of the following routing technologies: IP/MPLS DMVPN BGP4 and OSPF.
- Demonstrable knowledge configuration and support of network security products to include Cisco ASA Firewalls IPS/IDS Nexus F5 load balancers Cisco ACS Cyberoam and PCIDSS
- Ability to create professional documentation illustrating network design concepts & solutions.
- Highly developed written skills with demonstrated experience in engineering report writing.
The following qualifications will be highly regarded:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Cisco certifications (e.g. CCNP CCIE) preferred.
- Proven experience in wireless network design and management.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
