Job Title: Homebound Tutor

Reports to: Assistant Superintendent for Student Learning

Terms and Conditions: Parttime asneeded.

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Rate of Pay: $55.00/hour.

Position Summary:

Function as a liaison for student provide tutoring and instructional support for students requesting assistance in various subjects.

Position Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a commitment to equity excellence and high expectations for all students and a commitment to the academic and personal wellbeing of each student.
Support student learning and work completion in a safe clean positive and respectful learning environment.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Illinois Professional Educator License preferred.
Three or more years of teaching experience is desired.
Experience in working with students required.
Comfortable with technology including Zoom and Google Apps.
