Function/Duties of Position
Under direct supervision primarily provides general administrative support for a project team or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.
- Checking out/handing out supplies to students during Dental Student Simulation Lab
- Stocking supply carts with supplies for students to use during courses and individual simulation activity
- Participating in SIM related special projects including SIM storage organization and the transfer of inventory to new inventory management system
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
- Demonstrable record of reliable attendance punctuality and proven successful performance
- Demonstrated exemplary tact discretion confidentiality and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to read write and understand written and oral instructions in English
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service experience
