Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical/Developer Lead Educational qualification: BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science or engineering 5 years of experience in D365 CE. Lead the design and architecture of endtoend solutions on the D365 CE platform considering business requirements industry best practices and future scalability. Act as a technical leader and mentor to the development team providing guidance on best practices coding standards and solution architecture. Develop integration strategies and design integration solutions between D365 CE and other systems within the organizations IT landscape as well as with thirdparty applications and external data sources. Design the data model entities attributes and relationships in D365 CE to ensure data integrity consistency and optimal performance. Define security models and access control strategies ensuring that the implemented solution complies with relevant security and data privacy standards. Strong understanding of Business process in Sales Marketing Customer Service Field Service and Project Operations. Proficiency in Customising and Configuring D365 CE using PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI. Expertise in Data Migration Strategy Data Modelling and data Integration Worked on different CRM / XRM versions. Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects. Expertise technologies like HTML 5 CSS SOAP REST Angular JS JavaScript Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting Plugins Workflows Dialogs Client Extensions SDK) Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports Strong and proved ASP programming using C# (MVC Web API) ;database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment. Must have excellent functional knowledge of all CRM modules. MS Dynamics CE/CRM certifications Excellent Communication Skills Flexible working Hours Preferred location Bengaluru
