Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Spearhead HR operations across North & West India.
Understand & articulate our value proposition in terms of compensation wealth creation learning & growth for different employee segments across different regions.
Employer Branding: Develop our employer brand through social media content & initiatives making us a preferred choice for the right talent in the region.
Talent Acquisition: Develop & execute the recruitment plan for field sales & for key roles at HO ensuring we attract & retain) the right talent.
Employee Retention & Wellness: Design & implement initiatives to boost employee retention wellness & morale ensuring a motivated & engaged workforce.
Career Progression & Development: Craft & execute career progression plans that foster employee growth & align with our business objectives.
Innovative Incentive Plans: Devise & implement nonobvious costeffective incentive programs that drive performance & engagement.
Field Engagement: Engage directly with our teams on the ground traveling to key cities to understand their needs & deliver impactful HR solutions.
Understand that while employee empathy is important company interests will always supersede everyone/everything else.

- Postgraduate diploma/ degree in business management/ HR from a reputed institution.
- 810 years experience (sales experience is a bonus).
- Role is only work from office with travel.
