Your New Role!
The School of MMFS is currently seeking to appoint a biochemist who has had substantial experience in the clinical diagnostic industry and in the education of Laboratory Medicine students.
The successful candidate will contribute to the Universitys AIMSaccredited Bachelor degree in Laboratory Medicine and in particular to the year 3 and 4 units Clinical Biochemistry I and Clinical Biochemistry II. The appointee is also expected to play a major role in assisting with or leading coordination of the course.
To be considered for the role applicants will have a demonstrated capacity to combine expertise in clinical biochemistry with academic responsibilities and will have had prior experience in the delivery of a Laboratory Medicinetype course. Candidates who additionally have a PhD and a research track record would be at an advantage.
