Certifications: ISTQB Foundation (Advanced TM level a plus) SAFe a strong plus
Your Mission
Join our ART Channels unit focused on ebanking solutions and take ownership of the ARTlevel test strategy. As a Senior IT Test Manager youll lead the charge on quality across agile teamsdriving ShiftLeft practices test automation reporting and strategic alignment with global testing goals.
You will also oversee testing efforts across other applications within the domain ensuring a consistent and sustainable quality mindset.
What Youll Be Doing
Strategic Test Leadership
Define and execute the ART and Domain test strategy aligned with our Global Test Strategy (GTS)
Coach and support agile teams in adopting the strategy including handson help when needed
Drive a ShiftLeft mindset pushing testing earlier in the development lifecycle
Automation & Tools
Guide teams in test automation at all levels using opensource and commercial tools
Oversee the integration of testing in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab Jenkins etc.
Ensure test environments data and tooling are efficiently managed
Governance & Quality Oversight
Enforce quality gates and advise on release signoffs
Own test reporting delivering transparency across the delivery pipeline
Review and ensure compliance with audit standards (RFC & Readiness proof)
Keep track of PenTest findings and mitigate risks accordingly
Organize and lead Go/NoGo meetings for releases
Your Profile
Experience
5 years of Test Management experience covering the full SDLC
3 years in agile environments; SAFe knowledge is a strong asset
Proven track record in building test strategies for Agile setups
Handson coaching experience with agile teams
Skilled in test automation frameworks CI/CD tools and test management tools
Experience with JIRA and XRAY is highly desirable
Basic banking domain knowledge required; ebanking is a strong plus
