Job Summary:
Currently we are seeking a Receptionist for a 1st shift position. This is a temptoperm position that offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic team full time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administrative assistant to HR and/or Customer Service experience
- Provided assistance to Customer Service as needed for orders and month end inventory etc.
- Provided assistance to Accounting
- Answered phone and front desk coverage
Requirements:
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard computer monitor and telephone.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Microsoft Office
- Type 42 WPM
- Data entry
Starting Hourly Pay: $17.00
Days: MondayFriday
